Warranty

Cloth Diaper Warranty Information:

We want you to have both trust and confidence in your purchase.
Our warranty covers:

  • snap defects-lifetime.
  • PUL (waterproof layer) defects- lifetime. However, excessively high heat times can ruin the PUL, causing de-lamination, and will not be covered.
  • Sewing/ Craftsmanship defects- 1 year. This covers a diaper that is falling apart at the seams and is un-usable.
  • Warranty is void if diaper is stained or ripped.

If you have any defects covered by our warranty, follow the Contact Us link on our webpage, call, or email [email protected]. Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority! Our customers’ satisfaction is #1! Then, we will have you send your defective product(s) to us by mail. Include your proof of purchase or gift receipt. If the defects are covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the diaper, reimburse you for your shipping costs, and mail your product(s) back to you.

Laundering Instructions:

DIAPERS

Wash and dry on warm or hot temperature. No fabric softeners. Air drying’s ok.

Prior to washing: Remove all stool. If stains remain, spray with a laundry stain remover (Spray in Wash, Shout Stain Remover, etc.) and your diapers will stay stain free! This eliminates stains. Stripping is never necessary.

A NOTE ON DIAPER CREAMS

Diaper creams are ok! We recommend using a disposable cloth diaper liner or simply a half sheet of Viva (brand) paper towel (so soft) between baby’s bum and diaper anytime creams are used. This prevents the cream from rubbing off on diapers.

PRIOR TO FIRST USE: WASH & DRY DIAPERS & INSERTS 4-5 times to achieve maximum absorbency.

Return Information

Returns accepted for a full refund for up to 90 days with a receipt or gift receipt. Product(s) can be returned if unused and in original packaging. Please fill out the Contact Us link and we will get back with you promptly.
